Community Partners

We are proud to be part of the Helpline Center Network of Care (HCNC) to navigate all of our guests’ needs alongside 30+ active partnering local organizations. Not only does this make it considerably easier for us to make referrals to in-network agencies, but in other areas of the country where similar systems have been utilized, many report that using a cohesive network like this has been a huge contributor in their ability to help reduce recidivism.

When a community works together and communicates well, we are all better able to wrap love and appropriate support around each individual. We are excited to see the impact this service will have on the Sioux Falls area as it continues to grow and develop!

UGM Service Partners

At UGM, we fully understand that we can’t be everything to everyone, but we can work together to connect people with everything they need. We deeply value our community partnerships, especially the ones who dive in with us!

Many local organizations know the population we serve would benefit from what they offer, but there are financial and transportation barriers that make it hard for that guest to come to them – so they bring their services to UGM.

While we could not possibly list every service we refer people to connect with, here are some people/organizations who are consistently literally going the extra mile to show up for our guests on site every week, helping us become a local service hub in the downtown area:
